Tammy Jacobson, MAT, CALT

I am a nationally Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) with master's degrees in Literacy Intervention (now called Dyslexia Specialist) and Special Education. I also have an undergraduate degree in psychology. I have graduate-level training in evaluations as well as interventions. I have experience using many educational assessments and have been trained to use several curriculums and methods for dyslexia therapy.

I am licensed through the Colorado Department of Education as a Special Education Generalist and an Elementary Education Teacher. In addition, I hold the Reading Specialist endorsement.

I am originally from North Dakota but I have lived in many places as the Air Force moved our family around. We moved to Colorado Springs in 2009 and knew immediately this was "home." I am an avid hiker and runner who just loves being outdoors in general.
